Northern Michigan Homes

Northern Michigan is where it’s at. Some of our favorite places are along M-22 from Crystal Lake up to Cathead Bay in Northport; from Traverse City up to Old Mission Point; everything along US-31 from Torch Lake to Bay Harbor; and M-119 from Harbor Springs through the Tunnel of Trees of Good Hart. Not to mention the vast beauty of the Upper Peninsula and rocky shores of Lake Huron.

Not only does our team spend much of its free time in these areas — skiing, hiking, boating — but, we are fortunate to work with families to design vacation homes on some of northern Michigan’s most beautiful properties. With several homes under construction and in design, these projects offer the opportunity lean into our core values — listening to the land and immediate environment, integrating buildings with landscape, sustainability, and resiliency.
